Before there were formulas, bottles, or labels, there was simply a boy who loved taking things apart just to understand how they worked.

Growing up in a middle-class Indian family, luxury was something admired from a distance. But curiosity was free.

While classrooms measured intelligence through marks and ranks, another world was quietly unfolding.

A world of computers, physics, chemistry, patterns, and endless experiments.

Computers became my first love. I spent countless hours understanding systems, solving problems, building infrastructure, and creating things from nothing more than logic and imagination. That passion became my profession, leading me into a successful career in technology.

But somewhere between lines of code and data centers, another obsession slowly found its place.

Fragrance.

Not just perfumes.

The invisible art that can preserve memories, change emotions, and tell stories without saying a single word.

I found myself spending nights studying fragrance pyramids instead of sleeping, researching aroma molecules instead of scrolling social media, comparing ingredients, reading perfumery books, analyzing designer and niche compositions, and asking one simple question:

Why doesn't India have a globally respected luxury perfume house that represents its own identity?

India gave the world sandalwood.
India cultivated vetiver.
India perfected attars centuries before modern perfumery existed.
India traded saffron, rose, spices, and precious woods across continents.

Yet when people think of luxury fragrances, they rarely think of India.

That realization became the foundation of Vedoura.

Not to imitate blindly, but to understand balance, projection, longevity, composition, and emotion.

Vedoura was never meant to stop at inspiration.
