Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging and in resalable condition.
How to Return
Email us at hello@vedoura.in or WhatsApp +91 99883 35994 with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you may ship the item back. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed to the original payment method.

- Original shipping charges
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos) and we will replace it at no extra cost.
